For the most comfortable and efficient pumping experience, choose your insert based on your actual nipple diameter (not the areola).
- 13 mm nipple → choose 21 mm flange + 13 mm insert
- 14 mm nipple → choose 25 mm flange Noora + 15 mm insert
- 15 mm or 19 mm nipple → choose 25 mm flange Noora + 15 mm or 19 mm insert
- 16 or 17 mm nipple → choose 17 mm flange
- 20 or 21 mm nipple → choose 21 mm flange

Measure your nipple diameter with the Noora Ruler, (no areola) then pick your size accordingly. A proper fit means more comfort and better milk flow.
