- Measure your nipple size using the Noora Nipple Measurement Ruler.
- Select the insert that matches your size.
- Place the insert into the flange tunnel until fully seated.
- Attach the flange to your breast pump and begin pumping as usual.
- After each use, wash the insert with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
Sterilize regularly using appropriate methods. Do not place in the dishwasher. Clean thoroughly after each use.
