How to use

How to Use Place the nursing pad inside your bra, with the bamboo side against the skin. Adjust the pad so it fully covers the nipple area. Change the pad as soon as it becomes damp to maintain comfort and hygiene. After use, rinse if needed, then place the pads in the included mesh laundry bag. Machine wash at 30–40°C.
