How to use
How to use
- Place the hydrogel pads in the refrigerator before first use.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the pad.
- Take the pad out of the pouch and gently peel off the protective PE film.
- Keep the film if you plan to store the pad later.
- Center the pad over your nipple — the sticky side should face the skin.
- Press gently from the center outward to ensure full contact with the skin.
- Use for up to 30 minutes at a time, then store the pad in its pouch with the PE film if reusing within 24 hours.
Discard if the pad becomes cloudy, changes color, or loses adhesion.
For extra comfort, store in the fridge before each use.
Precautions for use :
For external use only. Do not use if your skin is broken or irritated. Discontinue use if you feel discomfort or sensitivity.
Test on a small area before use if you have very reactive skin.
Always remove the pad before breastfeeding and clean the area.
