You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be:

• Brand‑new, unused, and unopened

• In its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and manuals

• With the tamper seal intact (if applicable)

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, breast pumps, cushions/inserts, nipple shields and other personal‑care items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, unless the item is faulty on arrival.

How to start a return
Email us at noora.motherhood@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, product name, and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without approval will be refused.

Who pays return shipping?

• Change of mind / wrong size etc.: return shipping is paid by the customer.

• Defective, damaged or wrong item: we’ll cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label.

Inspection & refund timing
We’ll inspect your return within 3–5 business days after it reaches our facility.
If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within up to 10 business days.
(Your bank/card may take additional time to post the funds.)
If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, please email us.

Non‑returnable items

• Opened/used personal‑care items (including breast pumps, silicone inserts, nipple shields)

• Items without original packaging/accessories or with removed/damaged seals

• Gift cards and clearance/sale items

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges
For a different size/model, please place a new order once your return is approved.
