This website is operated by Noora Motherhood. By visiting our store and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Orders

• All products listed on the website are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

• We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available through our payment provider (Stripe).

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping

• Orders are shipped within the United Arab Emirates through Jeebly.

• Standard delivery fee is 20 AED (flat rate).

• Delivery times are estimated between 2–4 business days.

• International shipping is currently not available.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

• Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval.

• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (see our Return Policy).

7. Limitation of Liability

• Noora Motherhood shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of Noora Motherhood and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
