How to use
For warm use :
Place in warm water (not boiling) for 3–5 minutes, or Microwave (with water) for :
- 700W – 16s
- 1000W – 13s
- 1250W – 11s
Helps to:
- Stimulate let-down
- Soften the breast before pumping
- Relieve blocked ducts or mastitis symptoms
For cold use :
Place in the freezer for :
- 30–60 minutes (standard freezer)
- 15–30 minutes (mini fridge/freezer)
