A flange insert is a soft silicone piece placed inside the breast pump flange to better match your nipple size. Using the correct insert helps protect sensitive tissue, reduces discomfort, and improves milk flow. It ensures a snug fit around the nipple without pulling in too much areola. To find the right size, measure the diameter of your nipple (not the areola) after pumping or feeding, and refer to the Noora sizing guide included. A well-fitted insert can truly make all the difference.
